You'll meet several green alicorns performing their extra-strong shields and will have to find some way to get behind those shields.
Note: you won't find any Pink Clouds in this trial, so you can safely put on your Moon armor.
Completing with teleportation[]
Passing through shields using teleportation
The most obvious way to get past shields is using teleportation, as it's not restricted in this trial. Teleport behind alicorns and use the element of surprise to kill them quickly.
Note: you can even entirely skip all alicorns by teleporting past them - they won't move. You might need to do some jumping near the third alicorn - to discover the next part so you can teleport. The last alicorn (blue one, in left bottom room with safe) will attack if you come close, but otherwise you can complete the trial without killing a single alicorn.
Completing without teleportation[]
If you can not teleport, you have to use explosives and other clever techniques to bypass shields. In this variant you have to kill every single alicorn.
First alicorn[]
First alicorn. Throw explosives through the narrow passage to disrupt her shields.
Break the small destructible wall on the top, this way you can lob a grenade behind the inpenetrable shields. If you can't find a way to make a direct throw (your Explosives skill is low), use double-jump, or dynamite in conjunction with telekinesis.
Second alicorn[]
You'll have to crawl through a small room (with one Roller inside) to get behind second alicorn. Destroy few destructable walls and, again, throw a grenade through the narrow passage.
Third alicorn[]
Button and the "green area" near third alicorn
You can't use grenades anymore. Instead you come across a mysterious button, that opens a red shield below. Behind this shield is a powerful wall turret. By jumping up into the green area near button, you cause the turret to fire. First press the button then wait for the gun to align with green alicorn and jump to shoot her. After fighting her you can crawl through the narrow passage to the right.
Final area[]
In the last part you will fight 4 alicorns at once (one green, one purple, two blue). Each one of the three buttons releases a respective heavy box in the area to the right. Use them to drop boxes on alicorns.
