A small settlement in which the slavers are based. Here is the entrance to the stable 88

Playthrough[]

You enter the map from the left side. Here you have two options:

  • Go right and enter through main entrance. You'll have to fight two powerful raiders and a mounted turret while being blown up by mines
  • Go underground and go around the main entrance. The way leads through Sewers (you need to complete at least one level)

Both paths lead to the same place.

Overseer[]

In one room you'll find a big pony named Overseer - he drops the Slavers' key that unlocks cages and some doors. He can be approached from many angles - make sure to explore the map before facing him and choose the most optimal position to attack from. One of the best strategies is making a small hole in the ceiling above his room (with a crowbar). Then, you can snipe him or drop a mine on his face.

Butch[]

In one of the last rooms you'll fight the boss - Butch. After defeating him, you still have to fight a bunch of raiders (one of them has a minigun). Then you can enter Stable 88 (a.k.a. Abandoned stable).

  • Before game version 0.7, this map was called "Raider's den". Though layout, enemies and loot stayed mostly the same, now the map is part of the main quest and serves as a transition level to Abandoned stable (with optional Sewers passthrough)
