There are a number of firearms in the game. Firearms will usually only do bullet damage, with a few exceptions, and their ammunition is highly specific to the weapon used.

For some types of ammunition there are special varieties, giving different bonuses depending on what's being used. Additionally ammunition for firearms is quite common from loot sources, giving you plenty to shoot with provided you switch between weapons.

The following ammunition types are used in firearms:

  • 5-mm Round (1 weapon uses it)
  • 14,4-mm Round (1 weapon uses it)
  • 9-mm Round (2 weapons use it)
  • 10-mm Round (3 weapons use it)
  • 12,7-mm Round (3 weapons use it)
  • 5,56-mm Round (4 weapons use it)
  • Round cal. 375 (1 weapon uses it)
  • Round cal. 12 (2 weapons use it)
  • Round cal. 50 MG (2 weapons use it)
  • Round cal. 20 (3 weapons use it)

Debug weapon, only obtainable with console commands. It has no item description, no place on the Weapons rack, and no associated perk. Despite using the same sprite as the 10-mm pistol, it uses .32 ammunition.

Trivia[]

  • "Little Macintosh", "Spitfire's Thunder", and "Little Gilda" appear in the original Fallout: Equestria.
  • "Atropos", the upgraded variant of Zebra assasult carbine, is named after one of the three Moirai from Greek mythology. Atropos is also the name of a zebra that appears in Project Horizons. Curiously enough, she uses ice-based magic attacks in combat, as opposed to Zebra assasult carbine's signature effect that sets enemies on fire.
