You have to fight few griffins in lowered gravity environment. Trial is started by falling into the blue region under entrance. It's a one way teleport to the arena - you arrive under bottom right platform.
Room contains 4 "holes" on top and bottom. If you fall into bottom ones - you die. If you fly into top ones - you'll get teleported to entrance.
It's possible to complete this trial using only your companion - if you keep sending it to fight enemies (use the [U] key) it will find a way to the main area.
