You must activate 4 buttons in 4 corners of the room Buttons are hidden behind walls so you can't shoot them. Each button stays activated for about 4 seconds after pressing it. Teleportation is not fast enough to press every button in 4 seconds.
Easiest way to complete this trial is to place a remote detonated explosive (X-37) near each button and detonate them simultaneously, but it requires the Explosives skill to be at least at level 4.

Alternatively, automatic grenade launcher or other explosives can be used. You don't have to hit the buttons directly (though it is possible for the higher two buttons). Buttons can be activated by shooting a grenade at a nearby wall, you just have to be quick.
