Schemes are used to craft items. Most schemes you can find in various containers or purchased, while others can only be obtained in specific ways.
To create items you must use appropriate crafting station and have the required parts and skills.

Explosives[]
Created at the Workbench or with a Demopony's field kit. Explosives are weapons that can be used with the Explosives skill. Pulse bomb is the exception, since it is not a weapon.
Most explosives recipes can be bought or obtained from Smoky Pit.

Crafted at the Workbench. Most hoofmade weapons deal more damage with higher Repair skill. The exceptions are the Big Fucken Gun, which requires Energy weapons, and the Hoofmade sword and Hellhound's claw, which requires Melee weapons.
