After you press the button near the entrance, the door near exit stays open for about 13 seconds. You need to get to the exit before it closes.
There are a few things that can help you become faster:
- Drain the water from the bottom part. There are some fragile blocks in bottom-right corner, which reveal a drain when broken with explosives or even a crowbar
- Permanently increase your speed with Potion of vivacity
- Temporarily increase your speed with chems, e.g. Ultra-dash
- Use the Kinetic dash spell
